Our

Scrumptious story....

A beautiful young Lady relocated from the ever buzzling shores of Lagos Nigeria to Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) in 2017. She discovered that it was quite challenging to get tasty African dishes she had grown to enjoy as a child. The inspiration for this idea stemmed from the frustration of being unable to get true African-made cuisine.

Being away from home has left me craving for some authentic African cuisine. Even though there are only a few African restaurants in Dubai, it’s hard to order custom-made African food because the restaurants only sell ready-made food that might not meet the needs of the customers. This sparked a desire to bring African dishes to the amazing people of the United Arab Emirates.

“MY CHEF 911 KITCHEN” is the place where passion and delicious African food thrive.

Customer Review

The food is always very tasty, I’ve never been disappointed in any of her meals. The one thing I love is how prompt she is. Always very responsive and delivery is always on time. The egusi and pounded yam is my favorite, and for sure no one beats her small chops. I highly recommend MyChef911 if you are looking for quality food and reliable service.

Precious Ogbu @phistlady

Mychef 911 has been my plug for home made food in my last three visits to Dubai… the real taste of Nigerian food. Indeed, Mychef911 puts to rest the argument about the Nigerian Jollof Rice being the best rice meal in the world! Excellent food, Excellent service…

Daniel Alabi

Truly chef 911.. Fantastic food and right on time. Can’t get enough of the ewa aganyin, correct jollof rice, and my all time favourite, grilled turkey with bole…😋

    Asun

Asun means “smoked” in Yoruba language. To make it, the goat is smoked over a giant barbecue before being cut into pieces, which are mixed with onions and hot pepper sauce. This peppered goat meat recipe allows you to enjoy the delectable and bold flavors of Asun at home, but with lots of vegetables.

    Efo Riro

Ẹ̀fọ́ Riro is a spinach stew from the cuisine of the Yoruba people prepared with leaf vegetables and stockfish, palm oil, red onion, crayfish, pepper (a variety of red bell pepper), locust bean and may also include meat and other ingredients.

    Ewa Aganyin

Ewa Aganyin is a street food commonly eaten across Nigeria. The beans are made to be extremely soft or mashed. It is commonly eaten with barely ground pepper and tomato sauce which is very spicy.

    Everything Grilling

Grilling is a form of cooking that involves dry heat applied to the surface of food, commonly from above or below. It is sometimes referred to as barbecuing but that word can also mean a different cooking technique.

    Ofada Sauce

Ofada Sauce is made with a combination of green peppers and red peppers, then assorted meat, hard-boiled eggs, and palm oil.

    Nkwobi

Nkwobi is made with cow leg, cooked and mixed in palm oil sauce and some special spices.
